Obituary
Bertha Oberhelman, 81, passed away Tuesday, August 2, 1994, at the North Iowa Mercy Health Center - East Campus in Mason City, Iowa.
Bertha, the daughter of George and Barbara (Christians) Kelch, was born March 13, 1913, in Cowith, Iowa. She attended rural school in the Corwith area.
Bertha was united in marriage with Arthur Oberhelman in 1931 at Fairmont, Minnesota. The couple made their home for the past 50 years in the Corwith area. Bertha was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Corwith, Iowa.
She is survived by one daughter, Barbara Anderson and her husband, Lyle of Omaha, Nebraska; one son, Henry Oberhelman and his wife, Anita of Portland, Oregon; one brother, Al Kelch; one sister, Irene Studer of Algona, Iowa; and seven grandchildren: Julie Anderson, James Anderson, Susan Anderson, Eric Oberhelman, Benjamin Oberhelman, Matthew Oberhelman and Elina Oberhelman.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband - Arthur in 1974, one grandson, two brothers and three sisters.
