Carol A. (Draeger) Arthur

Carol A. (Draeger) Arthur, 76, of Clarion passed away Saturday, July 29, 2017 at her home in Clarion. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Ewing Funeral Home, 1801 Central Avenue East in Clarion. Carol was born October 26, 1940 in Webster City, Iowa, the daughter of Albert H. and Pearl B. (Welch) Draeger. Carol loved playing cards, spending time with her family and friends, and was an avid animal lover. Carol married Leland Arthur in 1957 and resided in Clarion, Iowa. In addition to working in the medical field and in manufacturing, she raised 4 daughters. Carol is survived by her husband, her four daughters Cindy (Jeffrey) Amspoker of Barnum, Shelly (Michael) Mehan of Fort Dodge, Sue (Steve) Mileham of Fort Dodge, and Sherry (William) Moore of Wichita, Kansas, along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
