Danny Piper passed away unexpectedly September 26, 2022 at his home in Britt at age 42. A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 9, 2022 from 4:00-5:00 PM at Ewing Funeral Home, 178 Center Street West in Britt. A short memorial service will be held at 5:00.  Danny was born April 15, 1980 in Chariton, Iowa to Michael Piper and Karen (Arnold) Piper. Danny's love of laughter didn't end with his death.  It will be carried on through the life of his children Cody, Ty, Payton and Kadince.  Payton and Kadince remember their dad through many silly loving memories. Jamming out and singing to Lady GAGA, letting them paint his toe nails, his hugs, the way he said "I love you!", silly nicknames Payton "Nuts" Kadince "Dids", watching Adam Sandler and Chris Farley movies, his laugh, his love for the Denver Broncos and coaching the North Iowa Bucks Football Team.  His favorite supper of Casey's pizza, Dr. Peppers and his Busch Lattes, their many trips to Fleet Farm, Menards and then, for Nuts and Dids, to Claires. Also his famous saying "We don't waste bacon in this house".  Danny was an amazing, loving man and he loved being a Dad. Danny will be missed terribly by all who loved him.  Please help us keep his memory alive by sharing a memory you have of Danny.
