Dennis E. Studer, 67, of Britt, passed away on Monday, July 1, 2024, at Hancock County Memorial Hospital in Britt. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 139 3rd Street Southeast in Britt, with Father Ben Valentine and Deacon John Roisen officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 PM, on Monday, July 8, 2024, at Ewing Funeral Chapel, 178 Center Street West, in Britt, with a Rosary beginning at 4:30 PM. Dennis Eugene, son of Rollin "Chuck" and Maxine (Klocke) Studer, was born on July 26, 1956 in Britt. Dennis grew up in Britt and graduated high school in 1975. On June 11, 1988, Dennis was united in marriage to Debra DeKruif at The Little Brown Church in Nashua. Dennis farmed and also raised pigs. Over the years, Dennis enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed gardening and canning – especially homemade dill pickles. He liked watching westerns and sports and loved listening to classic rock. Dennis is survived by his wife Deb Studer of Britt; son Tony (Cynthia) Studer of Britt; daughter Tara Studer (Jason) of Rockwell; grandchildren Bella, Ezra, Jackson, and Annalise; parents Chuck and Maxine Studer; siblings Deb (Tom) Halfpap, Doug (Kris) Studer, Dean (Chris) Studer, and Deanne (Marlin) Tjarks; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his twin brother Donald Studer; parents-in-law Roger and Sharon DeKruif; and nephew Erik Studer.
