Condolences
Our deepest condolences to the family!❤️ We really enjoyed reading about Bud’s life. As a fellow Norwegian Nathan feels a connection even though I only know Bud through his son David. I’m so glad to know of all the good years he had and that he was able to stay in his home. And of course his biggest accomplishment is his wonderful children and their families – so much to be proud of. We are so sorry to hear about your loss, sounds like Bud lived a full life. It's never easy to lose a loved one. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time.

I have fond memories of Bud. I can still see him playing baseball with us at his farm standing by the big cottonwood tree that also served as first base. Bud took us to the old Met Stadium to see a Twins game which was quite a thrill for me at the time. I vividly recall Bud and old Doc Stokes jawing at one another, but probably not appropriate to share the details of those conversations.

Bud and Lela were great friends with my mom and Dad, Wayne and Wilma Tank. Bud always had the best stories . Always fun and loved to farm. My mom looked forward to going to Holmes . Bud will be missed but his stories will carry on and be embellished!!

My condolences to the Odland family. Bud and I go back to the 1930s. We were involved in many activities as boys, some good and some not so. Though we haven't spent any time together in the last few years, I have many fond memories of our relationship and will always remember Bud and our good 'ole days.
