Hazel M. (Kruger) Tutt, age 95, of Mesa, Arizona, and formerly of Fort Dodge and Rowan in Iowa, passed away Monday, Feb. 16, 2015, at the Friendship Village Hospice Inpatient Unit in Tempe. Graveside services for Hazel M. Tutt will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 23, 2015, at the Graceland Cemetery west of Rowan. Pastor Cynthia Moore will officiate. Hazel May was born in Dows in 1919 to Fred and Minnie Kruger. She had one brother, Charles. Hazel married Phillip Tutt in 1942. They had one daughter, Patricia Joan (Patty Jo). Hazel is survived by her daughter, Patricia of Arizona; granddaughter, Wendy Whittard and grandson, Craig White; two great-granddaughters, Kayla and Megan Whittard; and a newphew, Robert Kruger of Alexander. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother, Charles.
