Obituary
Hildreth Katherine Tlach, 71, passed away Friday, May 14, 1999 at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City, Iowa.
Hildreth, the daughter of Frank and Mary (Yezek) Tlach, was born June 27, 1927 on her parent's farm near Britt, Iowa. She attended country school and graduated from Garner High School. Following graduation, Hildreth attended St. Teresa College in Winona, Minnesota. She taught school in various communities in Iowa and Fairmont, Minnesota. She later retired from teaching to care for her mother.
Hildreth became a resident of Duncan Heights in 1989, and continued to reside there until 1996. She has been a resident of Concord Care in Garner for the past three years.
Hildreth was an avid bird watcher and loved flowers. She taught religion classes at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Duncan. Hildreth was also a Catholic Daughter member.
Hildreth is survived by many cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, John.
