Obituary
Lois M. Charbonneau was born at her family home in Kanawha, Iowa on September 16, 1927. She was the youngest child of William and Matilda (Escher) Deibler. Lois attended the public school in Kanawha and graduated from Kanawha High School with the class of 1945.
She eloped at the Little Brown Church and was united in marriage to Pete Charbonneau on July 23, 1945, while Pete was serving in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Following his discharge, the couple built their new home where they have since resided. Lois enjoyed being a homemaker, her priority was her family.
Lois enjoyed bowling, knitting, and traveling in all 50 states as well as Europe and the Caribbean.
She is preceded in death by husband Pete (April 11, 2000), her parents, and six brothers: Lang, Pat, Lyle, Art, Toby, and Charlie.
