Obituary
Margaret A. Nielsen, 70, of Crystal Lake, died Saturday, August 5, 2006 at Hancock County Memorial Hospital in Britt.
At Margaret's request, her body has been donated to the College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Margaret, the daughter of Louise and Elva Eenhuis, was born August 6, 1935.
Margaret married Harold Nielsen on June 2, 1984. They resided on a farm south of Crystal Lake. For many years they owned and operated the Crystal Cafe until they retired.
She enjoyed her animals, wild birds and her many flower beds.
She is survived by her husband Harold; five sons: Daniel Eston of the Philippines, Robert Nielsen of Algona, Howard of Forest City, Brian of Crystal Lake and Gordy of Crystal Lake; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four sisters: Joretta (Walter) Riggle of Glenville, Minnesota, Mary (Marshall) Thompson of Lake Mills; one brother, Mike (Denise) Eenhuis of Chapman, Kansas along with many nieces and nephews.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Elva Eenhuis; son Monty; one sister, Lila and two brothers: Robert and Lyle.
