Marjorie Ann (Reis) Cramer, 71, of Indianola passed away Monday, September 1, 2008 at her home. Marjorie Ann (Reis) Cramer was born on June 27, 1937 in Varina, Iowa to Bernard and Erna (Engle) Reis.  She graduated from Our Lady of Good Council High School in Fonda.  Marjorie then attended St. Joseph School of Nursing in Sioux City, doing rotations at hospitals in Sioux City, Fort Dodge, and Dubuque. Marjorie was united in marriage to Lyle Ewing on November 8, 1958 in Fonda; to this union three daughters were born.  The couple made their home in Fort Dodge where Marjorie was employed as a Registered Nurse at Mercy Hospital.  In 1972 Marjorie moved to Des Moines.  In more recent years she made her home in Indianola. Marjorie enjoyed reading, watching movies, writing and collecting dolls. Marjorie is survived by her three children:  Diane (Kevin) Anderson of Ackworth, Deb (Mike) Turk of Bondurant and Denise Ashley of Des Moines; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and brother Dale (Bev) Reis of Fonda. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Bob.
