Patricia D. Cook, 66, of Forest City passed away Friday, April 18, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center in Mason City. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 1:00 pm at Ewing Funeral Chapel, 178 Center Street West, in Britt. Patricia Cook was born on August 15, 1941 in Goodell, Iowa, the daughter of William and Ella (Olsen) Wilson. On February 7, 1958 she was united in marriage to Kenneth Cook and settled in Britt, Iowa. Patricia enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family, and at the end of her life having Bible studies with the workers. Patricia is survived by her husband Kenneth Cook; four sons: Duane, Robert, Billy, and Donald; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers: Johny Wilson, Bill Wilson, Robert Wilson, and Dennis Wilson; and one sister DeVera Wilson.
