Pearl Gremmer, 74, of Britt, passed away Monday, January 15, 2001, at Westview Care Center in Britt.
Pearl, the daughter of Orville and Rose (Render) Smith was born May 10, 1926 in Britt. She attended the country schools.
Pearl was united in marriage with George Gremmer on June 14, 1945, at the United Methodist Church in Wesley. The couple farmed in the Britt and Wesley area. Following George's death in 1973 Pearl moved to Britt.
Pearl enjoyed her family and friends, putting puzzles together, fishing, and watching westerns on TV.
Pearl is survived by her children, Carol Brunsen of Wesley, Linda Gremmer of Britt, Dennis Gremmer and his wife, Judy, of Britt, and Rick Gremmer of Wesley; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; brother Glen Smith and his wife, Darlene, of Wesley; sister Joyce Nielsen and her husband, James, of Aurora, Illinois; many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents Orville and Rose Smith, her husband George, sister Shirley Kuchenreuther, brother-in-law James Kuchenreuther, nephews Terry and Randy Smith.
