Rebecca J. (Allen) Elliott, 75, of Clarion, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2024 at Bethany Life in Story City. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 29, 2024 at Ewing Funeral Home, 1801 Central Avenue East in Clarion. Private burial will be in Cass Center Cemetery, rural Webster City. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the funeral home on Monday. Rebecca JoAnne, daughter of Ray and Darlene (Capsel) Allen, was born on January 13, 1949 in Webster City. Becky grew up in Webster City and graduated from Webster City High School in 1967. On November 17, 1972, Becky was united in marriage to Steven Elliott in Webster City. Becky made her home in Clarion in 2014. She joined the Dwelling Place church, where she was active and involved for many years. Becky loved playing the piano, painting or craft projects. She was also very proud of writing a children's book. Becky is survived by her daughter Shannon (Rod) Schroeder; son Chase Elliott; granddaughter Lydia Schroeder; sister Nancy (Marty) Pringle; aunts Peggy Turner, Evelyn Chelsvig, and Judy (Dayton) Berg; and several cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Steve.
