Richard Allen Brown, 57, of Kanawha died at his home Monday, February 26, 2007. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 2, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. at the Ewing Dugger Funeral Home in Kanawha with Pastor Steve Schluz officiating.   Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2007 at Ewing Dugger Funeral Home in Kanawha from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. and will continue one hour prior to services on Friday.   Richard was a U.S Army Veteran, serving in Germany during the Vietnam War era. Born on June 25, 1949 in Baltimore, Maryland, he is survived by his wife Michele and their son Richard A. "Richie" Brown, Jr. both of Kanawha. Richard is survived by his mother at Baltimore. He leaves eight grandchildren - six in this area, one in Baltimore.  He leaves seven brothers and one sister on the East Coast.
