Richard 'Dick' D. Iverson, 83, of Webster City, passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2022. No services will be held. A private family gathering will be held at a later date. Richard Dean Iverson, son of Joseph and Edith (Bergeson) Iverson, was born February 22, 1939 in Story City, Iowa. He was raised in the Blairsburg/Williams area, graduating from Blairsburg High School in 1957. After retiring from farming, he worked for Martin Oil Co. and then for Doolittle Oil Co. until retirement. He was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Dick is survived by his wife Joan; his children Patti (Randy) Roe, Cindy (Rick) Wiemann, David (Shelley) Iverson, and Jodi (Marcus) Hefty; grandchildren Nicalos Iverson, Kearia Iverson, Ellie Hefty, and Grace Hefty; two step-grandchildren; sister Ruth Thomas, and special family friends Rod and Lisa Hanus and family. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
