Shirley (Koethe) Crawford, age 91, of Russellville, passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. She was born September 3, 1929 in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin to Harold Carl Koethe and Neva Lorena Feller Koethe. Shirley was a lifelong teacher and the gentlest and most supportive person that you could know. She spent almost 40 years in Clarion, Iowa before relocating to Russellville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Crawford. Shirley is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Rodney and Teresa Crawford of Allen, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Randy Moore of Russellville; two grandchildren, Meridith and Grant Brill of Allen, Texas, and Daniel Crawford of Austin, Texas; one great-granddaughter, Mary Brill of Allen, Texas. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the First United Methodist Church in Russellville, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
