Steve Gordon, 44, of Corwith, Iowa passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at Kanawha Community Home after a long battle with cancer. Funeral services for Steve Gordon will be held Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at 10:30 am at Ewing Funeral Home in Kanawha with Pastor Cynthia Morrison officiating.  Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery in Webster City, Iowa. Visitation will be held from 9:30 am until time of the service at the funeral home on Tuesday. Steve Gordon, the son of Eugene Gordon and Suzanna Zeitler was born on June 6, 1966 in Rock Island, Illinois. Steve is survived by his daughters Heather Gordon of Waterloo and Sonya Gordon of Kanawha; his brothers Jim Gordon (Carol) of Elkader, Jason "Jessie" Calloway of Omaha, Nebraska, Daniel Gordon (Lorena) of Belmond; his sister Shari Zeitler of Oxford, Nebraska; stepfather Carl Frank of Britt; step-grandmother LaVerna Frank of Britt; along with several nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, and brother-in-law. He was preceded in death by his father Eugene Gordon, his mother Suzanna Zeitler, his step mother Sandra Frank and sister Eva Peterson.
