So sorry to hear of Evelyn's passing. She was a great lady. Always carried groceries for her at Rogers U Save when I was in high school. David was a classmate of mine. Saying "Hello" to her siblings. Larry Johnson - KHS Class of '69

We loved having Evelyn for a neighbor. I (Marilyn) would go visit her when I bought some new clothes. She would tell me which to keep and which to send back. My own personal clothes stylist!🙂 I remember when she was going to turn 90. She said she hoped that her kids wouldn't give her 90 roses like they did for her 80th birthday. So me and my creative mind made her a birthday card with 90 roses in it, she loved it ! We always had a great time when we got together ! Our condolences to her family.

No words can express our sorrow at losing a parent. They are the ones that helped nurtured us to become the people we are and then pass that on to the next generation. We take solace knowing your mom is in the Lord’s palm, safe, happy and peaceful, looking down on her family and still nurturing and protecting. God Bless you, Ken and your beautiful family.
