Hello and Greetings to Leona's family. Yes, here in Advent, it is a sad moment or two for losing a parent and family member. One mind is filled with memories of many special and meaningful times. About the only thanks we can give is thanking Father God for allowing Leona to be with us for so long. She left a great family here on earth with each other. Sixteen years ago, Lois left us her spirit as her body went away. Yes Leon's spirit will be with all of us, her family will have the greatest remembrance of their mom, family member and friend. Its early to say Mary Christmas, It was Mary's life who gave us Christmas. All of you will be remembered in prayer. joe johanns

Sad to hear the news of Leona's passing. We have so many good memories of Leona and Joe with their musical talents and the polka dances at Duncan. She was such a sweet and friendly lady. My mother, Rosella Morris Hrubes, actually taught Leona in country school and always spoke so highly of her. In turn, then I had Dale as a student when I taught in Britt Elem. Rest in peace, Leona!
