I was saddened to learn of Burly’s passing. He was truly a “gentle giant.” He was aware of his strength as a young man in high school and he never betrayed what God had given him by picking on others. I always admired him for that. My condolences to the family. RIP Burly.

To family of Ron, Ron and I (Jeanne Clarke) sat beside each other in English. I enjoyed his jokes and our conversations. I do believe we often got called to pay attention by Mrs. Bateson for talking and laughing. I always felt sorry for him because in the fall, he worked all night with harvesting. He then had difficulty staying awake.. I'm not saying the class was interesting but... I loved seeing Burly at the class reunions. Sympathies are to Donna and children and grandchildren. I will participate in the service via the zoom call. Jeanne Clarke

My heart goes out to the family of Ron (Burley). Burley has a big heart and always helped others out. I will never forget the times he has helped Verlyn and then helped me too. Perhaps, Verlyn and he are enjoying each other's company and getting caught up on things.
