Memories

Although Terrell and I went to different high schools (Belmond and Rowan) we did belong to the same 4H club and thus enjoyed sharing all of those activities, including summer softball. We always considered Terrell our "Belmond Connection" and even years later I enjoyed seeing him when I would come to Belmond to referee basketball games.

We will miss Terrell’s warmth, generosity and cheeky sense of humour. He epitomized the definition of a true friend. And his great love for and pride in Myrna and his family was evident every day, by the way he looked at you when you were there and spoke about you when you weren’t. The real test of a man’s character is how dogs respond to him. If Jimmy has a vote, Terrell already has a dog in his lap. Hopefully a Scottie. Rest well, Terrell, until we meet again.
