Violetta M. Hughes, 89, of Kanawha, died Monday October 12, 1992 at the Kanawha Community Home.
Violetta M. Hughes was born February 27, 1903, at Klemme, Iowa.
Survivors include two daughters, Ina Mayland, Clear Lake, and Janice Johnson, Kanawha; one son, Howard Hughes, Humboldt; three brothers, Charles Claude, Corwith, Fred Claude, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Albert Claude, Garner; and 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and two step great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, stepmother, husband, two sisters, one brother and one stepbrother.
