My heart was shattered when I read this. I hadn't talked to Dan in a while and now I can't talk to him any more. I will miss or chats.

I am so sad to hear this about Otter! He was a great friend growing up with him. He will be missed by all who knew him. RIP BUDDY !!!

Dan gave me an opportunity to work as a 911 dispatcher for Wright County. Even though I was going through nursing school and then working full time as a nurse in Fort Dodge he allowed me to still work as my schedule allowed at my “fun job.” What a great guy. RIP Otter
