Condolences

Karen, I’m so sorry to hear about Evan. We grew up together and we had the best childhood! Our crew spent nearly every day together. Racing and jumping our bmx bikes, trading cards, eating lots of candy from Mags or Cleebers, trading 80s toys, trading hats, sleepovers, weekend stays at Cutty’s, boating, baseball, football, basketball, RC cars, playing the old pinball machine for high score, and lots of silly laughter. I recall riding our bikes to school one time and Evan thought he could make it one block without hands and his hoodie cinched tight down over his eyes… well, he nailed the back of a parked car. Black eye and hours or laughter after he was ok. We were all so close and we would fight and bicker like siblings over nothing, only to make up the next day and move on. Rest in peace old friend. Thanks for all the good times and great adventures. - Todd K.

Karen and family, I am so saddened to learn of Evan's passing. I reconnected with him several years ago and we communicated through Messenger for a short time. I have so many fond memories of Evan at my home with Matt. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Evan was one of my best friends in high school. We were inseparable. I love you and I hope you found peace, brother.
